How to use

High-protein cookies for eating before and after exercise, in between meals, before bedtime. To be used in addition to a basic diet as an additional source of protein. The ratio of different types of proteins – milk, wheat and egg – allows you to achieve a better effect compared to the use of one type of protein.

It is recommended to consume 2 cookies per day.

Protein complex
